Returns

In the event you should need to return any item to us, please contact us either by phone or email (1-800-360-3990 x211 or returns@omegapac.com) to request a Returned Goods Authorization. We will instruct you how to package and ship the goods for inspection, repair or a warranty claim.

Processing packages received without an RGA number may be delayed. Please contact us in advance of returning any items.
